"...Played out on Eli Schlatter's period-perfect set (check out the faux-Mondrian painting just visible as you walk into the theater) and aided by sound designer Katharine Horowitz's deep dive into music of the 1960s, "Boeing-Boeing" might never rise to the level of raucous. But it gains sufficient altitude to soar above the turbulence."
