A group of North London misfits find their footing at a dance class in Stepping Out, a crowd-pleasing favorite written by Richard Harris. This rollicking comedy finds a diverse group of individuals who face their fears, build relationships and become stronger through the power of footwork as they prepare for their big production number. But before the dancers can take the stage it falls to Mavis, the former professional dancer teaching the class, to mediate the minor dramas that erupt among this scrappy but lovable crew. Stepping Out is coming to the Minneapolis area, produced by The Phipps Center for the Arts in Hudson, Wisconsin.
