700 Sundays is written and performed by Billy Crystal with additional content by Alan Zweibel and direction by Des McAnuff. In this original two-act play, Billy plays numerous characters that influenced who he is today.   700 Sundays Reviews

Star Tribune - Highly Recommended

"...This Minneapolis gig is Crystal’s only shakedown cruise before bringing this show to Broadway. If there is an empty seat in the State Theatre for the remaining performances, you will have missed a singular opportunity."

Twin Cities Pioneer Press - Highly Recommended

"...While the show never really ventures into dark places (even an imagined argument with God over his father's death gets quickly lightened with a punchline), the second act is more reflective and somber. The stories here feel more like set-pieces than integrated tales, the laughs do not come at such a breakneck pace and the wrapping-up feels more conjured than organic. Still, by the end of the show one never gets the feeling that Crystal's well of stories is running dry. His enthusiasm for his roots and his belief in the worth of his story ring true, making this journey through "700 Sundays" a warm and worthwhile trip."
