Blank Slate Theatre set for Spring Awakening

The winner of 8 Tony Awards including Best Musical - told by Duncan Sheik and Steven Sater through "the most gorgeous Broadway score this decade" - SPRING AWAKENING explores the journey from adolescence to adulthood with poignancy and passion you will never forget. And for the first time in Minnesota, SPRING AWAKENING at blank slate theatre will showcase an all-youth cast. Join this group of 21st century students (embodying 19th century students) on their passage as they navigate teenage self-discovery and coming of age anxiety in a powerful musical celebration of youth and rebellion in this daring, remarkable SPRING AWAKENING.

SPRING AWAKENING is produced by the award-winning blank slate theatre November 8 - November 17, 2012. It is directed by Adam Arnold, choreographed by Bailey Anderson, with music direction by Eli Newell.

SPRING AWAKENING at blank slate theatre will be the final mainstage production in the history of blank slate theatre. Come be a part of this bon voyage production!

SPRING AWAKENING will be staged at blank slate theatre (in the basement of First Baptist Church), 499 Wacouta Street in St. Paul. Free parking in church lot. SPRING AAWAKENING Ticket prices are $19 for adults, $17 for students & seniors, and $15 for present and former blank slate theatre actors.
