The show The New York Times calls "a gloriously tacky send-up of a washed-up country duo" not only spoofs the genre with plenty of clever comedy, but it also delivers 16 hilariously original songs, including "Barefoot and Pregnant," "Stock Car Love," "Blue Stretch Pants" and "When You're Screwin' Other Women (Think of Me)." The Doyle & Debbie Show tells the show-biz story of Doyle Mayfield, a once-popular country star who's been put out to pasture and is desperate to make a big comeback. That's when he finds another in a string of singing partners -- all dubbed "Debbies." But this particular little Debbie, a single mom with three kids, gives him a lot more than he bargained for.
